Food Monks TIFFIN SERVICE will take responsibility of broken food packages and will provide 1 extended day in customer’s subscription, but unfortunately, it can not be assured that the food would again be delivered on the same day in such conditions, so please cooperate and support in such circumstances.
2. Moreover, our dear customers will be provided with time windows rather than any fixed time because it mostly depends on the daily changing routes, so please be delightful in this thing too.
1. The food delivered by Food Monks tiffin service is best in many ways, like taste, texture, and shape, but still if consumers have any complaints regarding food, then they can complain through our complaint form( can be provided at any social handle ) and consumer’s problem will be resolved as soon as possible.
2. The food should not be placed as it is in packaging, rather than please store it in utensils in the refrigerator after some time, which will provide it from being spoiled. If consumers still gets some difficulty then don’t hesitate to contact and ask for it.
1. Trial and Weekly Plans
Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances for trial or weekly subscriptions. These plans are intended solely for sampling purposes, allowing consumers to evaluate the food quality and decide whether to continue with a longer-term plan.
2. Monthly Plans
Refunds for monthly subscriptions are generally not provided. However, if there are issues such as dissatisfaction with taste or other legitimate concerns, our team will review the matter thoroughly. If deemed appropriate, compensation will be offered in the form of additional tiffin or item or service days.
3. Stale or Spoiled Food
Any complaints regarding stale or spoiled food will be investigated through our delivery inspection process. Valid issues identified during this inspection will be addressed promptly and appropriately.
4. Change in Serviceability
If a delivery area is confirmed to be serviceable at the time of booking but later becomes unserviceable, a refund will be issued for the remaining undelivered tiffins. The refund will be processed via the original method of payment.
Processing Time
All approved refunds will be processed within 3–4 weeks from the date of confirmation.
